Just got off the phone with my bank, and it would seem that I have to physically go to the bank and fill out the forms to dispute the charge. They actually notarise them. Who knew? Now I have to get off work early tomorrow to go to the bank and deal with this. I can't do it today, because I have a doctor's appointment, so the bastards get to keep my money for another day.
